RuneVeil is a multiplayer Minecraft network where all players begin with standard access. Purchasing a rank is completely optional and is intended to enhance the gameplay experience through additional cosmetics, convenience features, and server perks. These purchases help support:

Server hosting and upkeep

Development and maintenance

Community events and future content

Network stability and improvements

No purchase is required to play on the network. All purchases are digital content delivered directly in-game.

Purchase & Delivery Information

Please ensure your Minecraft username is entered correctly during checkout. RuneVeil is not responsible for purchases delivered to incorrectly entered usernames. Most purchases are delivered automatically within a few minutes. In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

Server restarts or maintenance

Payment verification or fraud review

Tebex processing delays

Temporary network or API issues

If your purchase has not arrived within 15 minutes, please contact support through Discord. Purchases are typically delivered the next time you join the server if you are offline during checkout.

Refund Policy

All purchases made through RuneVeil are digital and non-tangible. Due to the nature of digital content and instant delivery systems, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

Virtual items and ranks hold no real-world monetary value

Purchases are voluntary contributions supporting the network

Refunds will not be issued for:  

Bans or punishments received after purchase

Server resets, balancing changes, or gameplay adjustments

Accidental purchases

Failure to read product descriptions

Attempting chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims may result in:

Permanent removal from RuneVeil services

Suspension of associated accounts

Blacklisting from future purchases

Additional action through Tebex fraud prevention systems

Rules & Enforcement

All purchases remain subject to the RuneVeil Network rules and policies. Purchasing ranks or store items does not exempt players from moderation, punishments, or enforcement actions. Staff reserve the right to revoke access to purchased content if network rules are violated.
